SK95
Features:
SK95 is the most common form of carbon tool steel, toughness, moderate, low production costs, the hardness after heat treatment can reach 58-60HRC, but the low hardenability of steel, and poor heat resistance (250 ℃), the quenching is not easy to overheat, remains fine-grained. Acceptable toughness, strength and wear resistance higher than those of SK65-SK85, but the hot hardness is low, is still not high hardenability, quenching deformation.
Scope:
Wider application of this steel, suitable for the manufacture of cutting conditions are poor, higher wear resistance and is not a sudden and severe shock and vibration and requires a certain toughness and has a sharp edge of a variety of tools such as lathe, planer, drills, taps, reaming tools, screw die, mill hand saw blade, you can also make cold heading die, dies, drawing dies, cold extrusion die with aluminum, paper cutting mold, plastic mold, small size cold trimming die and punching die, while the shape of a simple low-precision measuring tools (such as card board, etc.), can also be used without a large impact on the wear-resistant parts.
● Delivery status: the status of delivery of steel to annealing. By mutual agreement, may not annealed state delivery.
