Features and application:

W6Mo5Cr4V2Co5 tungsten molybdenum high-speed steel, cobalt-general, the more W7Mo5Cr4V2 improve red hardness and high hardness, improved wear resistance, better cut, but lower strength and impact toughness, easy oxidation and decarbonization, W7Mo5Cr4V2Co5 general for gear cutting tools, milling tools, and punch, cutter and other tools used for cutting hard materials.

Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.80 ~ 0.90 (tolerance: ± 0.01)
Si Si: 0.20 ~ 0.45 (tolerance: ± 0.05)
Manganese Mn: 0.15 ~ 0.40 (tolerance: +0.04)
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 3.75 ~ 4.50 (tolerance: ± 0.05)
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Vanadium V: 1.75 ~ 2.25 (tolerance: ± 0.05)
Mo Mo: 4.50 ~ 5.50 (tolerance: size ≤ 6, ± 0.05; size> 6, ± 0.10)
Tungsten W: 5.50 ~ 6.50 (tolerance: size ≤ 10, ± 0.10; size> 10, ± 0.20)
Cobalt Co: 4.50 ~ 5.50 (tolerance: ± 0.15)

Mechanical Properties:
     Hardness: the hardness of delivery: (other processing methods) ≤ 285HB; (annealing) ≤ 269HB. Quenching and tempering heat treatment system and the sample hardness: ≥ 64HRC

Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
     Standard heat treatment: quenching, 730 ~ 840 ℃ preheating, 1190 ~ 1210 ℃ (salt bath) or 1200 ~ 1220 ℃ (box-type furnace) heating, oil cooling, 540 ~ 560 ℃ tempering two times, each time 2h.

Delivery status: hot-rolled, forged, annealed cold-drawn steel bars in the state of delivery, hot-rolled, forged steel bar to annealing + other processing methods (peeling, light pull, grinding or polishing, etc.) after the delivery process .
