After spending a good plastic mold surface, the factory has been hardened and tempered.
      ASSAB 618 pre-hardened steel with about advantages:
      * No risk of quench cracking
      * Cost without heat treatment
      * Saves processing time required
      * Lower tool costs (without correction of distortion, only a polishing process)
      * Oxidized to improve the surface wear or hardening of the mold surface to reduce the local flame surface damage.

             0.38 1.9 1.5 0.15 0.3 0.015

● Delivery status: hardened and tempered to about 280-320HB hardness

      Forming mold compression braking mode (can be applied as necessary to flame hardening or nitriding)
