Cold work die steel, performance, usage and CrWMn close.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.85 ~ 0.95
Si Si: ≤ 0.40
Manganese Mn: 0.90 ~ 1.20
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 0.50 ~ 0.80
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30
Tungsten W: 0.50 ~ 0.80
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealed, 241 ~ 197HB, indentation diameter of 3.9 ~ 4.3mm; quenching, ≥ 62HRC
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 800 ~ 830 ℃ oil cooling.
