Features and application:
W2Mo9Cr4VCo8 for the high-carbon cobalt-tungsten-molybdenum high-speed steel on behalf of super-hard steel with high hardness at room temperature (up to 70HRC) and high hardness, high red hardness, easy grinding, sharp, etc., but the high price of cobalt you. Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 1.05 ~ 1.15 (tolerance: ± 0.01)
Si Si: 0.15 ~ 0.65 (tolerance: ± 0.05)
Manganese Mn: 0.15 ~ 0.40 (tolerance: +0.04)
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 3.50 ~ 4.25 (tolerance: ± 0.05)

Vanadium V: 0.95 ~ 1.35 (tolerance: ± 0.05)

Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: the hardness of delivery: (other processing methods) ≤ 285HB; (annealing) ≤ 269HB. Quenching and tempering heat treatment system and the sample hardness: ≥ 66HRC
Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: quenching, 730 ~ 840 ℃ preheating, 1170 ~ 1190 ℃ (salt bath) or 1180 ~ 1200 ℃ (box-type furnace) heating, oil cooling, 530 ~ 550 ℃ tempering 3 times, each time 2h.
Delivery status: hot-rolled, forged, annealed cold-drawn steel bars in the state of delivery, hot-rolled, forged steel bar to annealing + other processing methods (peeling, light pull, grinding or polishing, etc.) after the delivery process .
