NO8810 {800H} Metallurgical structure:
800H for the face-centered cubic lattice structure. Very low carbon content and increase of Ti: C ratio increased structural stability and the largest allergy resistance and resistance to intergranular corrosion. Annealing temperature of about 950 ℃ to ensure the fine grain structure.
NO8810 {800H} corrosion resistance:
800H corrosion resistant to many corrosive media. Its high nickel content in the aqueous corrosion conditions it has very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. High chromium content so that it has better resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion cracking. The alloy has good resistance to nitric acid, organic acid corrosion, but YAN acid in sulfuric acid and corrosion resistance is limited. In addition to the halide pitting corrosion may occur, but in oxidizing and non oxidizing salt has good corrosion resistance. In water, steam and steam, air, carbon dioxide mixture also has good corrosion resistance.
800H Application field are:
1 nitric acid condenser - corrosion resistance to nitric acid
(2) steam heating pipes - very good mechanical properties
