Public Time:2011年05月13日 | Sort:Spring steel | Hits:1041

Cr12MoV steel with high hardenability, sections 300 to 400 mm or less completely hardenability, in 300 ~ 40 0 ℃ while still maintaining good hardness and wear resistance, toughness higher than Cr12 steel, quenching the smallest volume change . Cross-section can be used to manufacture large, complex shape, withstand greater impact load of various molds and tools. For example, the complex shape of the punching die, die on the complex inserts, steel deep drawing die, drawing die, silk thread setback plates, cold extrusion, cold-cut scissors, saw, standard tools, measuring tools, etc.

Cr12MoV features introduced:

  Alloy tool steel: Cr12MoV
   Standard: GB / T 1299-1985

Scope:

Cold work die steel, steel hardenability, quenching and tempering the hardness, wear resistance, high strength than Cr12. Cross-section for the manufacture of large, complex shape, under heavy working conditions with a variety of Die and tools, such as punching die, trimming die, trim die, plate

Cr12MoV use
Cr12MoV die steel hardenability, hardness after quenching and tempering, strength, toughness higher than the CR12, a diameter of 300 ~ 400mm below the work can be completely hardenability, quenching deformation is small, but high-temperature plasticity is poor. Cr12MoV used for manufacturing large cross-section, shape of the complex, heavy workload combined types of molds and tools.
Edit this paragraph heat treatment process
Heat treatment specifications
Heat treatment specifications: 1) quenching, 950 ~ 1000 ℃ oil cooling; 2) quenching 1020 ℃, 200 ℃ tempering 2h.
Microstructure: fine granular pearlite + carbide.
● Delivery status: the status of delivery of steel to annealing.
Cryogenic treatment
Crl2MoV steel by cryogenic treatment, cryogenic treatment enables a high degree of precipitation hardening martensitic ultra-fine carbide dispersion, followed by 200 ℃ tempering, these ultra-fine carbides can be transformed into carbide. Without cryogenic treatment of martensite in low-temperature tempering, only in some local areas have a small amount of carbide precipitation. Crl2MoV low temperature thermo-chemical treatment methods, while maintaining Crl2MoV high hardness and high wear resistance of steel on the basis of plasma nitriding and gas nitrocarburizing, thiocyanate salt permeation of low-temperature thermo-chemical treatment commonly used adhesive diffusion layer resistance. Three kinds of low-temperature chemical heat diffusion layer has a significant impact adhesive role, especially in the salt bath nitrocarburizing thiocyanate best. Crl2MoV stainless steel utensils tensile modulus by the gas nitrocarburizing treatment, the service life of 30,000 or more, compared with conventional quenching and tempering treatment similar tool life increased by 10 times.
Hardening process
To improve die life 800,000 times or more modes can be implemented on pre-hardened steel, quenched and tempered low and hard to achieve. Quenching when the first warm-up 2-4 hours of 500-600 ℃, 850-880 ℃ and then holding a certain time (at least 2 hours), put the oil in the oil cooled to 50-100 ℃ air-cooled, quenched hardness of up to 50 -52HRC, in order to prevent cracking should be immediately 200 ℃ tempering treatment, tempering, the hardness can be maintained for more than 48HRC
