● Features and application:
Impact-resistant tool steel, composition, performance and 5CrW2Si similar single higher quenching hardness and high temperature strength. Often used as wear resistance to withstand high impact loads but requires tools such as pneumatic tools, chisels and heavy-duty work performance molds, cold shear blades, pneumatic hammers and other tools.
● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.55 ~ 0.65
Si Si: 0.50 ~ 0.80
Manganese Mn: ≤ 0.40
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 1.00 ~ 1.30
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30
Tungsten W: 2.00 ~ 2.70
● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealed, 285 ~ 229HB, indentation diameter of 3.6 ~ 4.0mm; quenching, ≥ 57HRC
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: quenching the sample 860 ~ 900 ℃, oil cooling.
● Delivery status: the status of delivery of steel to annealing.
