● Features and application:

Carbon C: 0.45 ~ 0.55 '
Si Si: 0.50 ~ 0.80
Manganese Mn: ≤ 0.40
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: 1.00 ~ 1.30
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30

● Mechanical Properties:
Hardness: Annealed, 255 ~ 207HB, indentation diameter of 3.8 ~ 4.2mm; quenching, ≥ 55HRC
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: quenching the sample 860 ~ 900 ℃, oil cooling.
● Delivery status: the status of delivery of steel to annealing.
