Features and application:

Recommend the use of 1000 ℃ Hardening can get better and hardness. 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel, welded to preheat. And Q235 welding austenitic stainless steel electrode without preheating, such as A302.A307 do. Control of welding seam dilution rate, does not swing welding, using a smaller current.
2Cr13 welding consumables can be used:
1 atmospheric corrosion resistance election G202, G207, to be warm 150-300 degrees, 700-730 degrees tempering after welding;
(2) and heat-resistant organic acid selected: G211, to be warm 150-300 degrees;
3 good plasticity: A102, A107, A202, A207, A302, A307, welding preheat, preheat large thick.

Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications:
1) annealing, 800 ~ 900 ℃ slow cooling or rapid cooling of about 750 ℃​​;
2) quenching, 920 ~ 980 ℃ oil cooling;
3) tempering, 600 ~ 750 ℃ ​​fast-cooling.
