● Features and application:
Better oxidation resistance than 0Cr23Ni13. In fact many use as a heat-resistant steel. 0Cr25Ni20 heat-resistant stainless steel, the domestic brands 0Cr25Ni20, U.S. grade 310S, also known as 2520, for the manufacture of high-temperature furnace tube.

Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.035
Chromium Cr: 24.00 ~ 26.00

Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥ 520
Conditions yield strength σ0.2 (MPa): ≥ 205
Elongation δ5 (%): ≥ 40
Reduction of area ψ (%): ≥ 50
Hardness: ≤ 187HB; ≤ 90HRB; ≤ 200HV
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications: standard heat treatment: solution 1030 ~ 1180 ℃ fast-cooling. Microstructure: Organizing for the austenitic type.
● Delivery status: normal to heat treatment delivery, the treatment types specified in the contract; not indicated, according to the heat treatment state of delivery.
