● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: ≤ 0.08
Si Si: 3.00 ~ 5.00
Manganese Mn: ≤ 2.00
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.035
Chromium Cr: 15.00 ~ 20.00
Ni-Ni: 11.50 ~ 15.00
Note: You can add other elements necessary
● Mechanical Properties:
Tensile strength σb (MPa): ≥ 520
Conditions yield strength σ0.2 (MPa): ≥ 205
Elongation δ5 (%): ≥ 40
Reduction of area ψ (%): ≥ 60
Hardness: ≤ 207HB; ≤ 95HRB; ≤ 218HV
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Standard heat treatment: solution 1010 ~ 1150 ℃ fast-cooling.
Microstructure: Organizing for the austenitic type.
