● Features and application:
0Cr18Ni11Nb with Nb increased resistance to intergranular corrosion. 0Cr18Ni11Nb characteristics and uses with the same 0Cr18Ni10Ti steel. At 400 ~ 900 ℃ temperature range of high temperature oxidation corrosion, operating temperature 850 ℃ can be used for the following tube. 0Cr18Ni11Nb (GB / T 1220-1992) equivalent to the U.S. ASTM 347

Reduction of area ψ (%): ≥ 50
Hardness: ≤ 187HB; ≤ 90HRB; ≤ 200HV
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications:
Heat treatment specifications: 1) solid solution 980 ~ 1150 ℃ rapid cooling; 2) According to the demand side, demand may be stabilizing treatment, heat treatment temperature is 850 ~ 930 ℃, but it must be stated in the contract.
Microstructure: Organizing for the austenitic type.
● Delivery status: normal to heat treatment delivery, the treatment types specified in the contract; not indicated, according to the heat treatment state of delivery.
