7CrSiMnMoV 7CrSiMnMoV is a flame hardening cold work tool steel, the quenching temperature range, thermal sensitivity is small, the heating can be flame hardened, with simple, low cost, energy-saving advantages. Good hardenability of the steel, air-cooling can be hardened, the hardness can reach HRC62 ~ 64 and the air-cooled small deformation after quenching, the steel is not only high strength and excellent toughness.
