GH3039 features and applications overview:
The alloys are single phase solid solution hardening type austenitic alloy at 800 ℃, the following medium heat with a strong and good thermal fatigue properties, 1000 ℃ the following good oxidation resistance, long-term use of organizational stability, but also have good cold forming resistance and weldability. Suitable for long-term use at 850 ℃ the following aircraft engine combustion chamber and afterburner parts.

GH3039 metallographic structure:
The alloy in the austenite single-phase solid solution state, and contains a small amount of Ti (CN), NbC, and M23C6 carbides.
GH3039 process performance and requirements:
1, the alloy has good thermal processing of plastic deformation performance is good. Forging heating temperature 1170 ℃, final forging 900 ℃.
2, the alloy grain size and average degree of deformation of the forging, final forging temperature.
3, alloys can be welding, spot welding or seam welding method of welding, the welding performance, arc welding tendency of small cracks.
4, after heat treatment, parts surface oxide can be blown clean sand or pickling methods.
