 NS335 features and applications overview:
      The low-carbon alloy is an austenitic nickel - molybdenum - chromium alloy. Nicrofer 6616 hMo and other early development of similar chemical composition of the alloy is the main difference between the low-carbon, silicon, iron, tungsten content.

     This chemical composition of their time at 650-1040 ℃ showed excellent stability, improved resistance to intergranular corrosion, manufacturing conditions in the appropriate line to avoid edge corrosion susceptibility and corrosion of the weld heat affected zone. Alloy used in flue gas desulfurization system, pickling and acid regeneration plants, acetic acid and production of agricultural chemicals, titanium dioxide production (chlorine method), electrolytic plating, etc.

     NS335 metallographic structure:

     NS335 process performance and requirements:
     1, in the heat treatment process can not access sulfur, phosphorus, lead and other low melting point metal, or alloys become brittle, should pay attention to remove paint, such as tags, temperature indicating paints, crayons, lubricating oil, fuel and other contaminants. Fuel sulfur content as low as possible, the sulfur content of natural gas should be less than 0.1% sulfur content in heavy oil should be less than 0.5%. Electric heating is a better choice, because electric can precisely control the temperature furnace gas clean. If the gas furnace furnace gas pure enough, you can choose.

     2, the alloy hot working temperature range of 1080 ℃ ~ 900 ℃, water or other cooling method for the rapid cooling method. To ensure the best corrosion resistance, thermal processing should be carried out after solution heat treatment.
