GH600 features and applications overview:
    The alloy is a Ni - Cr - Fe-based solid solution strengthened alloy with good high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, excellent hot and cold processing and welding performance, satisfaction with the following at 700 ℃ and high thermal strength plastic.     GH600 metallographic structure:
    Processing of the alloy in 1120 ℃ 2h, only TiN nitrides and carbides Cr7C3, 1500 ℃ at 870 ℃ by the long-term aging, the organization is still Cr7C3 and TiN, indicating that the alloy is stable.
 
    GH600 process performance and requirements:
    1, the alloy has good hot workability, ingot forging heating temperature 1110 ℃ ~ 1140 ℃.

    2, the alloy grain size and average degree of deformation of the forging, final forging temperature.

    3, alloys with good welding performance, the original arc welding, arc welding, resistance welding and brazing, and other methods of connection, large or complex welded structure welded in the dissolved after annealing at 870 ℃ 1h, to eliminate the welding the stress.
