20Mn5 alloy structural steel
Implementation of the standards: EN 10028/2-2003
● Features and application: 20Mn5 (1.0473) alloy structural steel with a moderate-intensity, cold plastic deformation of high and low temperature performance, and the corresponding carbon content of steel compared to the high hardenability. 20Mn5 (1.0473) is generally used as a small cross-section parts, and 20Cr steel equivalent, can be used for carburized pinion, small axes, steel sleeve, piston pin, engine bushing, steering wheel shaft, valve push rod, etc.; also quenched and tempered steel can be used, such as cold heading bolt or larger cross-section of the quenched parts.
