Inconel600 features:

     Has good resistance to reduction, oxidation, nitridation media corrosion performance; at room temperature and high temperature have a very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking; has good resistance to dry chlorine and hydrogen chloride gas corrosion performance; below zero, room temperature and have a very good high temperature mechanical properties; because of the carbon content and grain size control has good resistance to creep rupture strength, recommended for over 700 ℃ work environment.

Inconel 600 Application:

     Erosion of the atmosphere in the thermowell; vinyl chloride monomer production: anti-chlorine, hydrogen chloride, oxide, and carbon corrosion; uranium hexafluoride into oxide: anti-corrosive hydrogen fluoride; corrosive alkali metal production and use of areas, especially using sulfide environment; with chlorine method titanium dioxide; organic or inorganic chloride and fluoride production: anti-corrosive chlorine and fluorine; nuclear reactors; heat treatment furnace retort and components, especially carbon and nitrogen in the atmosphere; petrochemical production of catalytic regenerators in the application of more than 700 ℃ alloy 600H is recommended for longer life.
