● Features and application: after quenching and tempering high hardness and wear resistance, but low thermal rigid, hardenability is poor, deformation, ductility and lower strength. ● Chemical Composition:
Carbon C: 0.70 ~ 0.80
Si Si :0.00-0 .35
Manganese Mn :0.10-0 .50
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.030
Chromium Cr: allow the residual content of ≤ 0.25, ≤ 0.10 (when manufacturing lead bath quench wire)
Ni: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.20, ≤ 0.12 (when manufacturing lead bath quench wire)
Copper Cu: to allow the residual content of ≤ 0.30, ≤ 0.20 (when manufacturing lead bath quench wire)
Note: The allows the residual content of Cr + Ni + Cu ≤ 0.40 (when manufacturing lead bath quench wire)
● Heat treatment and microstructure specifications: standard heat treatment: quenching the sample 780 ~ 820 ℃, water-cooled.
● Delivery status: the status of delivery of steel to annealing. By mutual agreement, may not annealed state delivery.
