* Quenching temperature :890-910 ℃, oil cooling, hardness: 61.5HRC
* Tempering temperature :420-550 ℃, tempering twice
* Hardness :38-47HRC
※ This steel is cooled in the air can be hardened, and easy to form white spots, so the slow cooling after forging.
※ For large forgings, must be placed in the oven at 600 ℃, the temperature consistent, and then slowly cooled to 150-200 ℃, then cooling in air.
※ For large forgings, it is recommended to 150-200 ℃ in the cooling immediately after the tempering heat.
